About the project

Slovakia Sotheby's Int. Realty offers for sale mountain apartments located in the reconstructed historical building of Kuszmann's bazaar in the heart of Tatranská Lomnica, right in the centre of the spa park on the promenade between hotel Lomnica and the original Spa house in a peaceful green environment with a wonderful view of Lomnický and Slavkovský štít.
 
History of Kuszmann bazaar
Július Kuszmann from Kežmark built Kuszmann's bazaar on the ground of today's hotel Tatry (the name used until the recent past). In 1896, it was the first store that opened its premises for customers of Tatranská Lomnica. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by fire in 1903 but a new brick store was built the following summer. Until 1945, the store was run by the son of the original owner, Július Kuszmann Jr. This building is known as hotel Tatry.
 
The exclusive apartments are being build through a careful reconstruction of the original historical building but their architecture in common areas will be enlivened with a newer art deco style. There will be one and two bedrooms apartments for sale with an area from 43 sqm to 91 sqm. Modern smart technologies will be used in the apartments which will take care of comfort, safety and allow you to control your apartment even when you are not actively using it.
 
In the basement of the building will be a stylish bakery with a pastry shop and a small restaurant offering craft beer produced by Pálffy Brauerei (PaB) in conjunction with high-quality gastronomy with the signature of hotel Lomnica.
 
Apartment and project standard
The apartments are designed by the project architects in designer standard. Wooden windows, wooden floors, first-class bathroom fittings, high-quality wall and floor tiles, underfloor heating, air conditioning system and the possibility of connecting selected household control elements to the smart home system.

After the planned reconstruction of the spa park and the centre of Tatranská Lomnica in the horizon by 2027, the object of the Kuszmann's Bazaar will become part of the renewed spa park and the planned pedestrian zone in the city centre.

Location - Tatranská Lomnica

Tatranská Lomnica is one of the main centres of the High Tatras, directly below Lomnický štít.  Here you will find many restaurants, cafes, sports shops, a bobsleigh track and others. It is a guarantee of the best skiing on the sunny side of the High Tatras.
 
Activities in the vicinity:
·       Cycle routes – 39 marked cycle routes with a length of more than 300 km are available in the High Tatras. One of the favourites starts right next to the apartment and you can go to Starý Smokovec or all the way to Ždiar. There are bicycles and e-bikes available for rent at hotel Lomnica for apartment owners.
·       Tennis hall - located approx. 200 m from the apartments.
·       Black Stork golf resort, Veľká Lomnica. There is a 27-hole course, training areas, professional coaches, and golf equipment rental.
·       Skiing – the highest and steepest slope from Lomnické Sedlo (2,190 m above sea level) will satisfy even the most demanding skiers.
·       Cross-country tracks – just a few meters from the apartments. There are groomed cross-country tracks within the riding area in Tatranská Lomnica (Cross-country track Kolbisko and Starolesnianske Lúky) or a cross-country track on the cycle path leading all the way to Tatranská Kotlina.
