The ground floor offers a common room with a capacity of 10 people, a restaurant (not only for guests) with a capacity of 24 people, a kitchen with storage and a room suitable for office and administrative purposes. The premises can be used for family celebrations, corporate trainings or team building.

For the guests there is a possibility of using spa treatments. The well-known spa is one of the oldest and most visited in Slovakia mainly due to the excellent natural sulfur thermal water and its romantic location. According to an old legend, the healing springs were discovered by a lame shepherd in search of a stray sheep. He found a small lake with hot water with sulfur odor and after he bathed in it several times, he recovered. At present, the spa specializes mainly in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal system diseases and in addition the use of natural thermal water also offers a wide range of treatment methods in the field of medical rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
After a day full of treatments, spa guests can indulge in cultural events right in Trenčianske Teplice and enjoy the real spa life. It is worth mentioning the oldest classical music festival in Central Europe – Music Summer, Festival of Folk Craft or International Film Festival (IFF).
