Two elegant stone villas are located in a picturesque vineyard estate next to the charming town of Skradin, and thanks to its ideal microclimate location, the property is bathed in sunlight for most of the day and provides widely known high-quality varieties of wines.
A perfect fusion of contemporary interior and picturesque nature cannot leave you indifferent, while the surrounding land plot that stretches over a 6-hectare surface offers a charming retreat for couples or families. This self-sustainable estate consists of two autonomous villas which were built with authentic materials (sand, stone, wood, iron) of this area. Villa A
Villa A for 2 persons has the open concept interior area consists of a lower floor with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, and bathroom, while on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a gallery overlooking the magnificent landscape. The glass wall that extends across both floors and allows you to enjoy an inspirational view of the peaceful surrounding and it is even possible to blur it and create a more intimate ambiance. Villa A also has a closed lounge area, a terrace with pergola and garden.
Villa B
Villa B for 4 persons features a similar floor plan and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is enhanced by a ‘zen’ garden, a terrace with a pergola and gazebo, a lounge area and a private sunbathing area with sun loungers.
