About the project
Slovakia Sotheby's International Realty presents a selection of apartments in the newly built Tomachic development on Tomášikova Street, in Ružinov – one of Bratislava's most sought-after residential addresses.
The seven-storey building comprises 39 apartments and was designed as the final structure in an established city block, with a clear architectural intention: to open up and green the inner courtyard rather than enclose it. The ground floor is therefore open and airy – reserved for parking, free from any commercial units. Residents can count on a quiet living environment, entirely removed from the noise and footfall of street-level retail.
The layout is as considered in its approach to privacy as it is to natural light. Every apartment faces the peaceful inner courtyard with full south-facing exposure, following the sun's arc from east to west throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling glazed loggias and generous windows make the most of this. Direct sightlines into neighbouring buildings have been architecturally eliminated.
The specification meets the standard today's discerning buyer expects as a baseline: underfloor heating, air conditioning, Schüco aluminium triple-glazed windows, pre-installation for motorised external blinds and an EV charging station. Step-free access is provided from both the street entrance and the underground garage, duplex apartments have their own private elevator.
