Slovakia Sotheby’s International Realty offers for sale 1- and 2-bedroom mountain apartments in the Montara Apartments & Residences project, situated in the central part of Donovaly, in close proximity to Hotel Galileo and Residence Hotel Donovaly, approximately 100 m from the Nová Hoľa and Záhradište ski slopes.

Prices are quoted for the shell & core level of completion. For apartments 4B and 5B, the buyer, if registered as a VAT payer, may be entitled to deduct VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
